Job Summary :

Responsible for developing and managing a network of business partners. Drive sales activities, achieve targets, and ensure growth in the assigned territory.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Identify, recruit, and develop business partners.
• Guide and support partners to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure consistent business output.
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation.
