Role Description

At Adspirer, we’re building next-generation applied AI systems that transform how businesses automate, reason, and create. We focus on real-world AI — not just research — and we’re expanding our team with talented builders who love turning cutting-edge models into practical, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

Design and build AI-driven applications and backend systems using Python .

Develop tools and integrations leveraging Claude (Anthropic) and other large language models.

Build and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations and scalable AI backends.

Collaborate across product and research teams to deliver production-grade AI features.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in Python and backend development.

Proven experience building with Claude , including prompt workflows, tool use, or model integration.

Familiarity with MCP , API architectures, and cloud deployment environments.

Bonus : Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, or agent frameworks.
