Job description3–5 years of experience in retail project management within the fashion or lifestyle sector. Exposure to both corporate and startup environments is advantageous. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Role Overview :
As a Senior Associate – Retail Projects, you will support the end-to-end execution of retail store projects, ensuring timely launches, adherence to brand standards, and efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in evaluating and onboarding vendors for store fit-outs and maintenance.
- Coordinate the implementation of retail identity elements, ensuring consistency across locations.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure store openings align with scheduled fit-out periods.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and mall / high street guidelines.
- Track project budgets, aiming to maintain capital expenditures within allocated per square foot costs.
- Support the repair and maintenance activities for existing stores and shop-in-shop setups.
- Maintain effective communication with mall management and engineering teams.
- Prepare and present periodic project updates and reports to senior management.
