We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way. Today, we run 380 buses and log 22000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, we've expanded services to Hyderabad and Delhi where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 1 year, we plan to scale to 500 buses and 50,000 daily bookings across all cities.

About the Role :

Cityflo is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Non-Voice Customer Support team on a 6-month contractual basis . You'll be responsible for resolving customer queries through chat and email — no calls involved.
