Location : Hybrid (Noida)

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer (Mobile App) who can craft delightful, high-performance, and responsive mobile and web experiences that bring our AI-driven learning tools to life.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native (or Flutter).
Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Implement pixel-perfect UI based on Figma / UX designs, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
Optimize mobile app performance, animations, and loading times for smooth user experience.
Integrate APIs and handle state management (Redux, MobX, Recoil, or similar).
Work with authentication, push notifications, in-app messaging, and analytics SDKs.
Identify and fix bugs, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.
Participate in code reviews, CI / CD pipelines, and agile sprint cycles.
Contribute to reusable component libraries and maintain coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest mobile frameworks, design trends, and performance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s in CS / IT / Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

1–3 years of experience building mobile applications (React Native preferred; Flutter optional).

Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and RESTful APIs.

Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem.

Experience with version control (Git), debugging tools, and app deployment processes.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology and collaboration tools (Jira / ClickUp / Linear).

Passion for clean UI, accessibility, and delightful user interactions.

Tooling Proficiency (Must / Strongly Preferred)

Frameworks : React Native (must), Flutter (nice to have)

Languages : JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

State Management : Redux, MobX, Recoil, Zustand

Testing : Jest, Detox, React Native Testing Library

CI / CD : GitHub Actions, Fastlane, App Center (nice to have)

Analytics / Crash Reporting : Firebase, Sentry, Mixpanel

Design Handoff : Figma, Zeplin

Version Control : Git (GitHub / GitLab)

Bonus Points

Experience integrating AI-driven features or chat interfaces in mobile apps.

Familiarity with mobile performance profiling, animations (Reanimated, Lottie).

Knowledge of app store submission, OTA updates (CodePush), and mobile security best practices.

Understanding of A / B testing, telemetry, and user analytics in mobile apps.

Prior experience in EdTech or SaaS environments.
