Finishing Manager

Max healthcare is looking for a Finishes Manager for the upcoming projects. The detailed job description is as follows :

• Applying the creative side to ensure finishes for a state of the art world class Hospital facilities.
• Technical coordination with Clients / Consultants / Architects.
• Interior Construction Management.
• Scheduling of projects and monitoring.
• Alignment with Projects construction team & leaders.
• Valuations of projects handling and billing.
• Quality control and assurance.
• Familiar with Sourcing of local / Imported high end Materials / process and Installation.
• Knowledge of MEP and the Coordination with MEP / Other Project Participants
• Exposure to BIM will be added advantage
• Experience in handling Fast track projects.
• Knowledge of Lighting / Landscape related works
• Project Monitoring Through MS Project / Primavera / Identify the key milestones / Productivity improvement etc.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation Plans
• Proven track record of identifying the snag and rectification before handover with Excellent Tracking System.
