Job Title : Network Operations L2 Engineer

Location : [Gurgaon, India / Remote / Hybrid]

Experience : 5 8 years

Responsibilities :

Provide Level 2 support for network issues related to DC ACI, VXLAN, OSPF, BGP.

Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and generate RCA reports.

Execute approved MOPs and participate in change management activities .

Review action plans, perform server migrations, and support DR drills.

Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and incidents.

Ensure device inventory is updated and under monitoring, backup, and CMDB tools.

Collaborate with L1 / L3 teams, as well as Infrastructure and Security teams.

Required Skills :

5 8 years of experience in Network Operations or NOC environment.

Good hands-on knowledge of Cisco ACI , Nexus switches , and VXLAN .

Proficiency in Routing / Switching (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, MPLS).

Experience with tools like SolarWinds , Cisco Prime , ServiceNow .

Familiarity with change and incident management processes (ITIL preferred).

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred :

Cisco certifications : CCNA / CCNP (Data Center or R&S preferred).

Experience supporting clients in Banking / Financial Services is a plus.
