ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an

HR Executive

to support the day-to-day HR operations at DealBerg. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic startup environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Manage onboarding and induction for new employees.

Maintain and update employee records and attendance data.

Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Handle leave management and related documentation.

Support HR policy implementation and compliance activities.

Organise employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Assist in exit formalities and maintain offboarding records.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–2 years of relevant HR experience (internship or full-time).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software tools.

Organised, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
