Job description

We are looking for 2 motivated and customer-focused Sales Coordinators to join our Experience centre - 1 In Hyderabad,Balkampet and 2nd sales Coordinator in Okhla Phase 1.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable gas solutions (LPG Gas bank, Leakcheck,Vaporisers,LPGenius,Fuel Fusion,LPGenius Lite etc.), and closing sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers  at our experience centre..
  • Lead generation,backend sales and handling onsite sales as well
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
  • Manage product Inventory as well as dealer sales
  • Suggest suitable products based on customer needs (domestic / commercial).
  • Generate and follow up on leads from local inquiries.
  • Maintain records of sales, billing, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with the backend team for delivery and installation scheduling.
  • Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and customer-ready.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-5 years of retail or sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of LPG / PNG products preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers.
  • Local language fluency : basic English and Hindi.
  • Qualification :

    Graduate in any stream.
