Location : Greater Noida

Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – HR to manage and optimize the Background Verification (BGV) process for employees deployed at client locations. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with client-specific policies, local labor laws, and internal governance standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management skills, vendor coordination experience, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities :

Onsite BGV Oversight

  • Manage end-to-end BGV lifecycle for employees deployed at client sites.
  • Ensure alignment with client-specific onboarding and compliance policies.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with client HR teams, internal recruitment, and legal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
  • Act as a point of contact for BGV-related queries and escalations.
  • Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with third-party verification agencies to ensure timely and quality delivery of verification reports.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation

  • Ensure adherence to GEO-specific labor laws, data privacy regulations, and client contractual obligations.
  • Support internal and client audits with accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Process Optimization

  • Continuously improve BGV workflows, documentation standards, and turnaround times.
  • Implement SOPs and drive process standardization across locations.
  • Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of BGV status and outcomes.
  • Generate periodic reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel / Power BI for internal and client audits.
