Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions within the Oracle HCM suite.
• Conduct functional workshops to gather business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
• Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes on time.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation, enhancing user adoption and satisfaction Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with at least one full life-cycle implementation.
• Skills : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven client handling experience.
