About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Graduate Engineer (GE) to join our Automation and Supply Chain Solutions teams based in Underwood, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career engineer eager to gain hands-on experience across presales, design, and project delivery while contributing to cutting-edge automation and intralogistics solutions.

Reporting to senior engineering staff, you will assist in system design, project execution, documentation, and technical support—developing broad exposure to the full lifecycle of our automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Automation and Supply Chain Solutions business units in achieving strategic and project goals.
• Contribute to presales activities, including documentation and pricing.
• Assist with project delivery, ensuring full understanding of scope, cost models, and design concepts.
• Support the preparation of key client documentation such as user manuals, SAT / FAT documents, and service checklists.
• Provide technical and customer support across multiple time zones.
• Participate in product development and engineering studies to assess new technologies, performance, and feasibility.
• Research, select, and apply sensors, control devices, and communication technologies for motion and position control.
• Uphold all OHS and company safety standards in all work environments.
• Collaborate with the service team to provide post-installation support.
