Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the IT and infrastructure domains. Daily tasks involve developing job descriptions, engaging with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, building talent pipelines, and cultivating positive candidate experiences. The Recruiter will also leverage digital tools and platforms to identify and connect with top talent while contributing to the organization’s employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various levels of expertise.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and digital tools for talent acquisition.
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring teams to define role requirements and develop effective talent strategies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of IT-related roles, technical expertise, and trends in technology recruitment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
  • Prior experience in employer branding or building candidate engagement strategies is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
