Job Description

Reporting to the plant head you will :

• Oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing of aluminium casts.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise production costs and enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
• Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to improve product quality and innovation.
• Monitor production schedules and address any potential bottlenecks or delays proactively.
• Analyse performance metrics and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Head should have :

• 15 to 25 years of experience in a manufacturing set up especially from Auto, components mfg, castings, metal or allied industry
• Full time engineering degree in any discipline
