What You Will Own

• End-to-end IT recruitment for niche and volume roles — with complete ownership.
• Deeply understand our business, leaders, teams, and tech stack so you hire not just for skills but for fit and future .
• Create sourcing strategies that don’t look like everyone else’s — be creative, bold, and proactive.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and stay two steps ahead of hiring needs.
• Build weekly and monthly hiring dashboards, reports, and insights that help the business make better decisions.
• Bring structure, clarity, and attention to detail to everything you do.
