Role Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding while maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. 🔍
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ experience and role-fit. 🎙️
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. 🤝
  • Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines in the ATS. 🗂️
  • Coordinate interviews, manage communication flow, and ensure a positive candidate experience. 💬
  • Negotiate offers and support new hire onboarding. 🎉
  • Ensure recruitment compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. 📋
  • Stay updated with healthcare hiring market trends. 📊

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 🎓
  • Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare recruitment. 🏥
  • Strong understanding of healthcare job roles and qualification requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions efficiently.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
