Senior Executive Human Resources

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring and HR operations. This is a full-time role based out of Indore. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes. You’ll work closely with the HR, operations, and leadership teams to support organizational growth and create a strong internal culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Independently manage end-to-end hiring for tech roles (AI / ML, Engineering, Product), Data Science, Media, Freshers and non-tech roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, , communities, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Draft job descriptions, manage job postings, and maintain candidate pipelines.
