• Sales & Transactions : Efficiently process sales, handle payments, and manage returns and exchanges at the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Product Knowledge & Recommendations : Possess thorough knowledge of store products, services, and promotions to answer questions and recommend items.
• Store Maintenance : Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Inventory Management : Assist with receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock to management.
• Customer Service : Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
