Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Assistant - Inter Qualified at JP RAVI KRISHNAN AND CO, located in Chennai. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting in audits, taxation, accounts finalization, compliance work, and financial reporting. The role involves preparing detailed reports, analyzing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating effectively with team members and clients as required. The candidate will gain exposure to professional practices in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Auditing and Accounting practices, including accounts finalization and internal audit processes.
• Proficiency in Taxation, including compliance for direct and indirect taxes.
• Strong understanding of Financial Reporting and Management principles.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients.
• Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial tools or software, and operational knowledge of MS Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field is a plus;

candidates must be Inter-qualified (CA Inter, ICWA Inter, or similar).
