Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients to understand their design needs and translate them into project plans effectively.Develop and maintain project schedules including estimation of timing and tracking of progress throughout project execution.Work closely with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure cohesive execution of design plans.Manage procurement processes including obtaining necessary licenses and materials, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness.Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure operations remain within allocated budgets and financial targets.Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure quality standards are maintained.Prepare and present regular reports for stakeholders outlining project milestones, risks, and opportunities.Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring accuracy and availability for future reference and audits.
