Accountant - Only Based in Mumbai

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Mumbai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and handling accounts payable and receivable. The role also involves budgeting, financial analysis, and liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with financial reports, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in working with startups or MSMEs is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
