Job description

Role Overview : As an HCM Implementation Specialist, working for the SEA Market, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored HR software solutions to our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, configure the HRMS software to meet their needs, and ensure a seamless implementation process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning & Coordination : Assist in developing detailed project plans, outlining the implementation process, key milestones, and timelines.
  • Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their HR and business process requirements.
  • System Analysis : Conduct initial analyses of existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Software Configuration : Configure HRMS software to align with client requirements, customizing modules and functionalities as needed.
  • Data Migration : Support the migration of data from existing systems to the new HRMS, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
  • Training & Support : Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.
  • Documentation : Create clear and concise documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Communication : Maintain open and effective communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 2+years of experience in implementing HRMS / HCM software solutions, preferably within the Enterprise B2B segment and should have prior experience handling clients from SEA.
  • Project Management : Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong aptitude for learning and working with technical applications, with a focus on HRMS functionality and configuration.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Client Relationship Building : Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and act as a reliable advisor on HRMS best practices.
