Job description

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, front-end development using ReactJS, and experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications that leverage state-of-the-art LLM technologies to deliver intelligent, interactive user experiences.

This role combines backend AI / ML model development with frontend implementation to build scalable, user-friendly AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications utilizing Python for backend development and ReactJS for frontend interfaces.
  • Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) to solve real-world problems such as natural language understanding, generation, summarization, or conversational AI.
  • Integrate LLM APIs and frameworks into scalable web applications and services.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to optimize model performance and manage deployment pipelines.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly front-end components using ReactJS that interact seamlessly with AI-driven backends.
  • Develop and maintain APIs to connect AI services with front-end applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Stay updated with latest advances in AI, LLMs, and web development technologies to continuously improve products.
  • Contribute to documentation, user guides, and technical specifications.
  • Work in Agile teams, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar transformer-based architectures.
  • Solid understanding of NLP concepts and techniques related to LLMs.
  • Proficient in frontend development using ReactJS, including state management, component lifecycle, and hooks.
  • Familiarity with AI / ML frameworks and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating backend services with frontend applications.
  • Strong skills in data processing, model evaluation, and deployment strategies for AI models.
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker / Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
