Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service, managing food and beverage operations, and handling hiring processes. Daily tasks include overseeing restaurant operations, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, supervising staff, and maintaining quality standards.
Bar handling with drinks and new trending concept execution is a must.
