Profile :

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance with a background as a Chartered Accountant and a minimum of 10-15 years of experience. The Director of Finance will lead our finance, accounting, and administrative team and play a pivotal role in the financial management and growth of our services-based private company in India. As a CFO, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, providing insights, and making recommendations to drive business success and financial stability. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing fundraising, investor relations, legal, secretarial, and administrative matters to secure funding, ensure legal compliance, and collaborate closely with other senior leaders in the organization.

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to ensure its financial health and growth

• Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed financial decisions
• Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls

Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and forecasts
