Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Engineer to lead the execution of a Cell Plant Factory Building. This role will involve comprehensive oversight of building erection, construction planning and management, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, and structural engineering coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills and a proven track record in executing industrial or manufacturing infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute the erection and construction of the Cell Plant Factory building as per design and schedule.
• Collaborate with structural consultants and architects to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, etc.) with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines, and progress reports using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate between design teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise on-site activities and resolve technical or execution-related challenges promptly.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and material logs.
• Ensure cost control, resource optimization, and timely completion of all construction milestones.
• Assist in procurement planning, bill verification, and contractor management.
