Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automobile Sales Consultant based in Kolkata. The Automobile Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process, providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the best solutions while maintaining a thorough knowledge of our MINI products.

• Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
