Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Engage in regular discussions with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and pain points. Analyze client data and translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations. Present value propositions to prospective and existing customers to support business growth. Identify and prospect new sales leads, conduct follow-ups, and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client strategies and projects. Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery. 4-6 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the financial services domain. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client data and derive insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in managing multiple clients and projects effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
