About the Role - The objective of the position is to facilitate domain and program trainings for the Sales team while tracking performance to ensure Business goals are met

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop domain expertise and train sales teams with effective program pitches.
• Continuously enhance the team’s training and quality framework through ongoing development and improvement initiatives.
• Audit sales calls to assess quality, identify performance gaps, and ensure adherence to sales and service standards.
• Analyze audit findings to identify recurring skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
• Build and execute structured training plans and conduct engaging learning sessions to upskill the sales team.
• Perform Training Need Identification (TNI) and implement strategies to deliver content effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build or refine product trainings and ensure consistency across programs.
• Handle onboarding training batches for new hires, ensuring smooth assimilation and clarity of business expectations.
• Identify gaps in systems or processes and propose actionable solutions.
• Present insights and reports on training effectiveness, performance trends, and business intelligence.
