About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manual Tester with a strong background in the insurance domain and hands-on experience in API testing, Postman, and Datadog. The ideal candidate brings a developer mindset, understands business workflows, and ensures high-quality product delivery through meticulous testing and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for insurance-related applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple systems.
• Conduct API testing using Postman to validate request / response structures, payloads, and error handling.
• Use Datadog for monitoring application performance, logs, and issue tracking.
• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product owners to understand business requirements and edge cases.
• Participate in defect triage meetings, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to test documentation — including test plans, cases, and reports.
• Apply a developer mindset to identify potential root causes of issues proactively.
• Support UAT and production validation when needed.
