Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Regional Sales Head. The Regional Sales Head will oversee regional sales operations, manage key accounts, and develop and implement sales strategies. This role entails leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, analyzing market trends, and fostering strong client relationships. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Team Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Proven experience in managing sales operations
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive team performance
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
