JOB TITLE : Regional Commute Lead (Manager) AREA / DEPARTMENT : Employee commute and STR REPORTS TO : Employee Commute Head JOB SCOPE : To manage regional Commute Operations in an compliant and effective manner Roles & Responsibilities : Monitor and maintain the availability of the transport fleet across the locations (Core & Client sites) for ETS and STR service. Coordinate with CPO team for periodic review of contract management. Lead and motivate the entire transport team, transport vendors, contract staff, and drivers to ensure adherence to guidelines. Define roles, responsibilities, and detailed KRA’s for all team members and vendors, and review performances on a regular basis. Conduct regular vendor performance and fleet management evaluations for all contracted vendors. Conduct weekly / monthly reviews with vendors on their performance, staff attendance, compliance, and drivers’ conduct. Coordinate with GSG (Global Security Team) for Escort Guard requirements and forecasting of reporting time. Conduct regular monitoring and training for all drivers on safe driving and behavior while on duty. Arrange monthly transport meetings with process managers and department / project heads to address transport-related issues and expectations. Review internal customer satisfaction through regular MIS trip feedback, helpline / service tools, and surveys to enhance customer experience. Ensure all vehicles have GPS and panic devices installed for tracking purposes, as well as a mobile app for staff usage. Coordinate the arrangement of client cabs and airport pickups / drops for guests across locations. Ensure facilities for special needs employees from a logistic and infrastructure perspective. Review and work with MIS team for data analysis, resource optimization, and cost reduction. Ensure adherence to transport policy, SOP, local laws, NASSCOM guidelines, and industry best practices. Monitor billing trips audit closure within N-3 days in MoveInsync application. Develop budgets and annual plans to manage transport service as per organizational needs. Ensure timely creation of PRs & PO and maintain the MIS tracker for provision vs. actual spent. Review vendor’s invoice creation as per the contract and track vendor’s payment within N-30 days / contract norms. Collect No Dues Certificates or Debit / Credit notes from vendors quarterly or as per company finance guidelines. Close internal and external audit findings with CA / PA. Participate in location’s BCP calls and ensure timely arrangements. Ensure all parties adhere to outsourcing agreements, understand expectations and responsibilities, and operate under a joint governance structure. Conduct daily / weekly / monthly review meetings with POC of IFMS team and close all gaps for SLA framework. Qualifications : Qualifications & Experience Minimum experience with 10+ years in similar role Experience with employee commute management platform such as MoveInSync (preferred) or Routematic Internal / External Stakeholder Management Managing team of 20-25 members approx
