Work Mode : Remote

Experience Required : 3+ years

Employment Type : Full-time

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Technical Skills Required

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Frontend expertise with React / Next.js
• Hands-on experience in Fine-tuning LLMs
• Working knowledge of Vector Databases
• Cloud experience on AWS / Azure
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini APIs
• Exposure to modern AI development tools like Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot (preferred)
• Strong coding foundation (GitHub profile will be reviewed)
• A “10x engineer” mindset — curious, fast, and impact-driven
• Educational background from IIT / NIT or other reputed institutions (preferred)
