We are looking for a Senior Manager - Accounts & Audit position based out of Bangalore. At Filtrex, integrity, end-to-end accountability and a “can do” attitude is highly valued. And deliver real time accounting, accurate monthly closing of financial, MIS, compliance, and timely completion of all audits. Ensure appropriate internal controls exist & are maintained for processes. This incumbent may be required to provide input to or participate in various projects.

Experience : 10+ years.

Department : Finance & Accounts.

Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent.

Education : CA / CWA / or equivalent

Job Responsibilities :

• Review and maintain real time accounting transaction to ensure accurate reporting of monthly financial statements.
• Detailed budgeting and variance analysis covering each P&L line item.
• Bring value to business by delivering mid-month forecasts on operating income, flux analysis with control mechanism on cost overheads and timely MIS.
• Coordinate the submission and closure of Annual Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Transfer Pricing, and Internal Audit.
• Prepare and perform periodic internal audit for compliance with SPI based.
• Follow growth mindset and co-ordinate with cross functional team for continuous improvement.
• Additional Managerial duties as necessary.
