Role Overview

We are seeking a  Salesforce Developer (Sales & Service Cloud)  to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement, lead management, and service operations.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications using  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce .
  • Configure  flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automations  within Salesforce.
  • Design and manage  Salesforce integrations  using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Support  case management, lead and opportunity processes, service console customization, and omni-channel routing .
  • Manage  data migration, user management, and security configurations .
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure adherence to  Salesforce best practices  and Samy Media’s internal development standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver Salesforce-driven innovation across multiple industries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with  Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .
  • Proficiency in  Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL / SOSL .
  • Strong understanding of  Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder) , and custom development.
  • Experience with  Salesforce integrations , including REST / SOAP APIs and third-party tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Postman).
  • Familiarity with  Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and permission sets .
  • Working knowledge of  Agile development  and  version control systems  (Git preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I / App Builder / Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • Compensation

    ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA , based on experience and technical proficiency.
