Drive alignment between business objectives and governance practices to ensure sustainable growth.

Program & Initiative Oversight

Govern key business programs, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional projects.

Define and monitor KPIs, milestones, and risk indicators for strategic initiatives.

Ensure timely decision-making through structured governance forums and steering committees.

Policy & Process Governance

Oversee the development, review, and adherence to business policies, SOPs, and operating models.

Ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement in business processes.

Facilitate internal audits, management reviews, and process health checks.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Act as a central point of coordination between business units, enabling functions, and leadership.

Prepare and present governance dashboards, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and accountability across teams.

Regulatory Engagement & Representation

Represent the business in front of RBI and other regulatory bodies.

Prepare, review, and validate RBI submissions from a business perspective.

Interpret RBI guidelines and translate them into actionable business strategies.

Documentation & Audit Readiness

Maintain audit-ready documentation and dashboards for RBI inspections.

Coordinate cross-functional responses to regulatory queries and inspections
