Job descriptionGather software requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly. Assist in defining the scope of software features and functionalities. Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities. Prepare and document test cases to validate software functionality. Analyze feedback and contribute to iterative improvements in design and functionality. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers. Exhibit leadership in managing small teams or design-related initiatives. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth project execution. Familiarity with Figma and wireframing / prototyping tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of project management techniques and software development processes. Critical thinking and ability to document software requirements and test cases.
Key Responsibilities :
UI / UX Design & Prototyping :
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and other wireframing tools.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to translate requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain brand guidelines across projects.
