Area Sales Executive - uPVC Doors & Windows Sales & Marketing
NCL Buildtek is seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Sales Executive for uPVC Doors & Windows Sales & Marketing. This role is crucial for managing sales within an assigned area, achieving aggressive targets, and building strong relationships with clients in both retail and project segments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage uPVC doors & windows sales in the assigned area, providing support in operations as needed.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
- Identify and engage direct clients , leveraging experience in project sales by meeting with Architects, Builders, and Contractors for lead generation in assigned areas and converting leads into business.
- Create and maintain healthy relations with new and existing project partners, encouraging them to focus on recommending our products to their clients.
- Finalize orders by providing an exceptional sales experience to clients.
- Learn and resolve client queries , ensuring they understand all technical and non-technical aspects of their projects.
- Attend regular training sessions arranged by the company to enhance understanding of product technical aspects.
- Strategize and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Focus on both Retail & Project Sales to maximize market penetration.
- Assist operations in the sales order process and payment follow-up.
- Manage key accounts to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Implement all promotional activities effectively.
- Plan and achieve assigned sales and collection targets .
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, specifically with uPVC doors & windows.Qualification : MBA in Marketing or any Graduate degree.Result-oriented on a daily and monthly basis.Presentable and fluent in English and the local language.Experience in visiting Project Sales & Private Sectors is essential.Proactive approach and self-driven.Strong market knowledge of the particular zone.Perks and Benefits :
