Job Summary
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the textile organization. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, training & development, compliance with labor laws, performance management, and workforce planning to ensure a productive, safe, and compliant workplace.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HRIS and employee files.
Recruitment & Staffing
Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers, supervisors, and staff at all levels (from production floor to management).Manage the end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.Develop manpower planning in coordination with production and operations departments.Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee grievances promptly.Build strong relationships between management and employees to ensure smooth operations.Plan and implement employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and team-building initiatives.
