General Manager - Digital Marketing

Job descriptionThis is a senior level role and reports directly to Chief Operating Officer. This role is expected to manage multiple key strategic customer accounts and further build our customer portfolio in specializations like healthcare, real-estate, BFSI etc. The role is essentially that of leading internal teams and managing digital plans for key customers - ensuring deliverables and business targets promised to clients are met. Experience : Relevant experience in marketing, branding is preferred. Understanding of marketing principles is a must. Communication Skills : Good communication skills, both written and verbal is a must. Being able to articulate brand campaign ideas to clients and internal team is essential. Analytical Skills : A command on numbers, marketing effectiveness measurement is essential.

The most important leadership attributes we are looking at include :
- Ability to lead and run a business division independently. Prior experience of developing and executing marketing / business plans will be a plus.
- Passion for building a team and delivering business growth through diligent execution of plans is required to succeed in this role.
- Ability to experiment and solve new business problems.
