Job Description :

Extreme switching (hands on experience on Site Engine for switch configuration ) : If candidate has mentioned extreme switching in skill set , get clarification on switch models they worked in past working experience clearly .(EXOS, VOSS , fabric switches)

Extreme wireless ( hands on experience on Extreme IQ cloud portal for WAP installation) : AP onboarding , wireless troubleshooting etc

Routing protocols : OSPF ,BGP , ISIS , WAN troubleshooting

SDWAN : CATO

Authentication methods : TACAS / AAA , A3 NAC(Extreme control)

BAU operations handling and site set up and movement activities (Designing , planning , implementation etc )

ITIL foundations (SNOW incident management , P1 / P2 issue troubleshooting , SLA management ,change / request management )etc

Good to have :

Certification in Extreme switching and wireless

Voice networking knowledge (Avaya gateways and VOIP setup )

SOP documentation

Vendor and client management as per business requirement

Good communication skill .
