Key Responsibilities

• Attending and resolving SAP Business One issues raised by customers.
• Deliver exceptional client support and resolve technical issues efficiently. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
• Install, upgrade, and implement SAP Business One solutions for end users.
• Continuously develop and maintain in-depth expertise in SAP B1 and its functionalities.
