We are a startup and we are the only marketplace in India for fine jewelry. We are looking for Business Development Associates who are willing to join our partnership and merchant onboarding team. Candidates will meet Jeweler partners and convince them to sell their products via our marketplace. The role involves travel in Delhi NCR and if required outside Delhi in North west region .
A business development associate (BDA) in Ausmit marketplace role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving company growth.
Their duties may include :
Market research : Researching market trends, regulations, innovations, and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Sales strategy : Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with market needs
Client relations : Initiating and maintaining communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Collaboration : Working with internal teams to ensure effective solutions for all day to day operational needs
Sales pipeline : Maintaining the sales pipeline to help the sales team increase potential sales
Partnership development : Meetings with potential allies / Jewelers to onboard
Deal support : Assisting business development managers in closing and finalizing different promotional deals
Metrics tracking : Monitoring partnership opportunity pipeline data for regular business deals. Ausmit
