Key Responsibilities :
- Support the implementation and optimization of CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
- Monitor pipeline metrics, forecast accuracy, and sales performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline lead-to-revenue processes.
- Ensure data hygiene and process compliance across GTM systems.
- Generate insights to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics (preferably in a SaaS environment).Strong analytical and Excel / Sheets skills; experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
