Job Description

Experience - 5 to 11 years

Location : Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Noida (PAN INDIA)

Work mode : Hybrid Model (3 Days office and 2 Days WFH)

Role : SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management / CDP Consultant

Role Description :

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Must-Have Skills

  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Certification and project experience
  • SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Career Development Planning Certification
  • Project experience in Succession and Career Development Planning
  • Working knowledge of Goal Plan templates
  • Experience with Performance Form templates and configurations, Continuous Performance Management, and activation templates of features
  • Experience in Calibration and configurations, Performance Rating permissions
  • Competency definitions and route map configuration

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as SuccessFactors Team Lead
  • Must have 2 end-to-end implementation / support experiences in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in requirement gathering and working in an onshore / offshore model

    • Technical Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals
  • Experienced and strong independent Performance Management configurator consultant capable of configuring forms, goal plans, calibration, route maps, etc.
  • Experience in other areas of SuccessFactors
  • Reporting experience in PMGM
  • Integration with other modules
  • Provisioning setup for the PMGM module
