The Opportunity

We're looking for a hungry, growth-minded Talent Acquisition Intern who's eager to learn the art and science of recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Learn & Do :

Own the end-to-end recruitment process : post job openings across multiple platforms, actively source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews

Learn advanced sourcing techniques and build a strong pipeline of talented candidates across various roles

Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate fit for role requirements and company culture

Build relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

Track recruitment metrics and analyze hiring funnel performance to continuously improve processes

Stay current on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team

What We're Looking For :

Must-Haves :

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Graduates are also welcome to apply.

Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition - you're excited about finding and connecting with great people

Strong desire to build a career in recruiting and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable talking to people and building relationships

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-Haves :

Previous HR internship, recruitment experience, or campus recruitment involvement

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools

Interest in Ed-Tech or education sector
