About the Role :

We're looking for a high-energy, organised, and creative Executive Assistant to be the backbone of our Founder’s Office — someone who can manage calendars, streamline communication, coordinate office-wide activities, and make festivals feel like celebrations.

This role sits at the intersection of administration, people experience, and creative execution — perfect for someone who loves structure as much as spark.

Key Responsibilities :

Founder Support :

  • Manage the Founder’s calendar, travel, meetings, and day-to-day priorities
  • Prepare agendas, talking points, and follow-up notes
  • Be the first filter for emails, messages, and calls — prioritise and respond smartly
  • Ensure the Founder stays organised, informed, and ahead of schedule

Calendar & Office Management :

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across teams
  • Maintain a central calendar for key company dates, team events, and launches
  • Own all scheduling tools and ensure alignment across departments
  • Events & Culture :

  • Plan and execute office celebrations, festivals, and engagement activities
  • Bring life to the workspace with creative, thoughtful events that boost morale
  • Source vendors, manage budgets, and handle end-to-end execution of events
  • Create a warm, well-run environment that reflects the company’s energy and values
