We’re Hiring a Co-Founder – E-commerce & Quick Commerce (Kolkata | Equity + Salary)

Glasafe, a fast-growing 2-year-old consumer brand, is looking for a Co-Founder to lead and scale our entire E-commerce & Quick Commerce division.

If you have deep experience in Amazon, Flipkart, D2C, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and have previously helped scale a brand, this is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth startup at a leadership + ownership level.

✨ What You Will Own

1. End-to-end strategy and PnL for all e-commerce marketplaces.

2. Scaling Glasafe on quick commerce (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto).

3. Driving growth, visibility, ads, operations, forecasting & supply chain alignment.

4. Leading new product launches, pricing, promotions & marketplace relationships.

5. Building and leading a high-performance e-commerce team.

💼 Who Should Apply

1. 4–10+ years of strong experience in e-commerce & q-commerce growth.

2. Proven ability to scale a D2C or FMCG / consumer brand.

3. Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems, ads, and growth metrics.

4. Someone who thinks like a founder — high ownership, high speed.

5. Comfortable working from our Kolkata office (mandatory).
