Job Description
- Core HR Operations Management :
- Lead & manage end-to-end HR operations including employee on boarding, payroll, leave & attendance, exit management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting through HR systems.
- Drive process automation and digital initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Technology & Transformation :
- Lead the journey of Tech Transformation partnering with Global HR Tech Team & working closely with HR COEs.
- Lead HR systems implementation, upgrades, and integration with other business systems.
- Adopting a forward-looking approach to technology implementation to enable data-driven decision-making through effective data management.
- Compliance & Governance :
- Lead the compliance across for all HR process & driving adherence to local Regulatory / Statutory / Labour Laws.
- Manage statutory filings, audits, and inspections related to HR.
- Design and implement robust governance frameworks within HR process.
- Employee Relations :
- Manage union relations and advise management on union matters in line with labour laws.
- Handle and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Act as the primary contact for guidance on HR matters such as benefits, policies, and processes.
- Team Management & Leadership :
- Plan workforce and capabilities to ensure smooth functioning and scalable growth.
- Lead a diverse HR Operations team while fostering a culture of development, collaboration, and innovation.
- Manage projects and allocate work within the team based on COE skill sets and growth needs.
The Successful Applicant
Qualification
Master's degree in human resources management. Experience
12 to 15 yrs of progressive experience in HR Operations, leadership experience of minimum 7+ yrs. Other Skills
- Understanding of Indian Labour Law & regulations.
- Strong knowledge of HR System and Technology enablement (preferably WorkDay Implementation)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of payroll & taxation.
