We’re looking for an HR Team Lead to manage recruitment operations, lead a small team of agents, and ensure end-to-end candidate management for overseas job placements.
The ideal candidate should be driven, organized, and experienced in hiring and team coordination — particularly within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and supervise a team of HR recruiters / agents.
Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination with clients.
Conduct interviews, maintain candidate databases, and ensure timely placement tracking.
Liaise with international clients and agencies for job requirements and updates.
Develop hiring strategies and ensure compliance with MEA recruitment standards.
Maintain documentation and oversee visa, medical, and deployment coordination processes.
Requirements : Experience : 1–2 years in HR, recruitment, or team management (mandatory).
Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in candidate sourcing and onboarding.
Leadership qualities and ability to work under deadlines.
Knowledge of recruitment operations (overseas or domestic preferred).
